Ayurvedic treatment for sprue syndrome

A majority of people suffer from one disease or another. Sometimes the symptoms of some diseases become so difficult to resist that people look for immediate relief from the disease. As it is a disease of the intestine, a person suffering from sprue needs to keep an eye on whatever he/she eats. This means, that a person suffering from sprue needs to follow a proper diet. A person suffering from sprue needs to drink only fluids such as buttermilk or milk. You can also add sugar to it for taste.

The other Ayurvedic treatment that can help to get rid of sprue is nutmeg. All you have to do is take the kernel of the fruit and crush it and make a powder out of it and need to consume it at least three to four times a day or depending on the frequency of the loose motions.

A person suffering from sprue also needs to follow a diet that is free from any kind of oily and spicy food. A person suffering from sprue is also not advisable to eat foods such as fish and meat. A person suffering from sprue can eat vegetables such as banana and flower of banana. A person also needs to eat a lot of pomegranates

Dear Sir;
I am 60 years old and living near lucknow.When I get up morning I have to go to toile immediately.Same activity reapeats 3 to 5 time at the interval of 10 minutes. I discharge the stool very easily without any abdominal pain .The stool in large quantity ,smooth and mixed with mucus every time.I am suffering from this problem from so many years.
Please suggest me treatment.
