Ayurvedic Breakfasts Ideas

Ayurveda features the value of digestive function and diet program as the key to health and fitness. Ayurveda focuses on which meals are the healthiest, the most quickly digestible, and those most often discovered to be the resource of sickness. The digestive function and consumption of food is important to attain health and wellness. It is just as important as what we eat. If the digestive function is disrupted, even the best diet program will not offer appropriate nourishment.

Ayurvedic Food preparation is about directing concepts rather than rules. Some major concepts are:

  • Meals should be light, easy to process and assimilate
  • Use spices or herbs wisely to balance the doshas
  • Prepared meals are considered easier to process than the raw meals
  • Certain meals do not go well with others
  • Different kinds of food are required at different times e.g., maternity
